1. General Provisions
- This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with the use of the website of the OTUS Accounting and Tax Office.

2. Scope and purpose of data processing
- Personal data are collected during:
- using the inquiry form (e.g. name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number),
- cookies that save information about the user’s activity on the website.
- Data are processed for the purposes of:
- handling inquiries and return contact,
- providing accounting services at the client’s request,
- analyzing and improving the functionality of the website,
- fulfilling obligations arising from legal regulations (e.g. accounting, taxes).

- Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) a GDPR – user consent (query form),
- Art. 6 sec. 1 letter b GDPR – performance of a contract or taking action before entering into a contract,
- Art. 6 sec. 1 letter c GDPR – fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the administrator,
- Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f GDPR – legitimate interests of the administrator (e.g. improving the functionality of the website).

- access their data and receive a copy thereof,
- correct incorrect or outdated data,
- request deletion of data (right to be forgotten),

- object to data processing,

- file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

8. Final Provisions
- The Administrator reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy in the event of a change in legal regulations or an update of the site’s functionality.
- The current version of the Privacy Policy is always available on the Accounting Office’s website.
