To ensure our Clients safety, our accountancy office is insured against civil liability by PZU insurance company, which means that we bear full responsibility for services provided.
We are entitled to provide book-keeping services under Qualification Certificates no. 20153/2007 and 25142/2008 issued by the Ministry of Finance.
We work on legal and authorized software. We use, among other things, the following software:
- accounting software: “Rewizor” and “Rachmistrz” by Insert,
- HR/payroll software: “Gratyfikant” by Insert,
- automated invoice recognition and processing: Scanye,
- preparation of Social Insurance declarations: “Płatnik”,
- antivirus software: Norton Security Premium.
We also use qualified certificates for signing Social Insurance Board declarations, tax declarations and other documents with electronic signature.
